"Fitness Boot Camps" Offer Opportunity to Tone Up for a Good Cause and all monies go to the NJSPCA
A local fitness entrepreneur from New Brunswick, NJ. is offering an opportunity to get in shape for a good cause at a series of workouts starting August 22nd .
Mr. R.J. Robisnon, who operates "Challenge Fitness Boot Camps" in New Brunswick, will donate all proceeds from his Saturday sessions to The New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The "boot camps" will be held at the New Brunswick Boxing Gym, at 121 Jersey Ave (4th Floor ) in New Brunswick, NJ. The sessions are scheduled at 10 a.m. Suggested minimum donation is $15 per session but any amount will be accepted and 100% of all donations will go directly to the NJSPCA.
Each "boot camp" session is an intense 40-minute full-body circuit training regimen. Participants should bring their own exercise mat and water.
"The purpose of my fitness boot camps has always been to help people improve their physical and mental health," Robinson said. "It's great to add another positive focus by benefiting the NJ SPCA, which offers so much valuable assistance to protecting New Jerseys animals from cruelty and neglect."
